“(Tiger Kid) counts heavy riffs and soaring vocals as two of its main features. The track tackles some fairly big concepts, with the main lyrical theme here being that the universe is constantly changing and human beings should never stop searching for something more – an interesting and unique theme.” - Jane Howkins
“Tiger Kid gave me a thrill that I don’t often get when listening to many modern rock acts. “Ever On” is solid on its own merits, but it also has a character to it that is almost from a different era of the genre. With heavy flavors of the alt/emo/hard rock hybrids of the mid-00's, the weight of the song’s sound is carried by this music attitude. ” - Eric Reyes
“The juicy choruses, the uplifting lyricism and the sheer amount of momentum made Spring Trap mosh pit frenzy fuel. If you don’t miss live music before you hit play, you definitely will after the galvanizing track has faded to a close.” - Amelia Vandergast
Tiger Kid is a 5 piece band out of Los Angeles, fusing late 90s hard rock with modern alternative. Soaring vocals and airtight harmonies are met with catchy lead lines, driving beats, and unique phrasing to create a new riff on the hard rock genre.
Inspired by bands such as Foo Fighter, Queens of the Stone Age, Coheed and Cambria, and many others, Tiger Kid reinvents the anthemic Rock of the late 90s/early 2000s.
